2017 USSU Engaged Young Alumni Excellence Award

Our young alumni have made a real difference in their community, their field of study/work, and the world.  Many of them remain closely connected to the University of Saskatchewan, lending their talents, knowledge and experience to help make our alma mater even better.  Let these outstanding young graduates know that their efforts and achievements are recognized!

If you know a graduate who fits the description, nominate that U of S alumnus for the 2017 USSU Engaged Young Alumni Excellence Award. Here’s how:

Think about what makes this young graduate deserving of some recognition.

Type out those thoughts in our simple-to-complete nomination form and email the completed form to: alumni.awards@usask.ca

Get up to three other people to agree that this person deserves some recognition, and get them to write a letter supporting your nomination (this is optional, but does strengthen your nomination).

Submit all the required nomination information no later than Friday, February 10, 2017.

Mark April 2, 2017 in your calendar—that’s the date the award will be presented.

To be eligible, nominees must have graduated from the U of S in the past five years (class of 2011 or later), be 35 years old or younger (as of Dec 31, 2016), be actively involved in their community, and have maintained a strong connection with the U of S and/or the U of S Alumni Association.
